For B2B Clients and VAT Application
At Vernas EU, UAB online store, both registered and non-registered customers can place orders.
All non-registered customers are charged the standard Lithuanian VAT rate. If the customer is not logged in to their account, or if their B2B conditions have not yet been approved, the system applies regular pricing with Lithuanian VAT.
Registered business customers may receive individual purchasing conditions, including special prices, discounts, agreed payment terms and, where applicable under current legislation, a different VAT treatment. These conditions are activated only after the customer’s company details have been reviewed and approved.
If you are a company and would like to purchase as a B2B customer, we recommend creating an account or contacting us by email at info@vernas.lt. Once your company details are approved, your account will be assigned the applicable prices and conditions.
VAT Application
For non-registered or non-logged-in customers, the standard Lithuanian VAT rate is always applied.
For registered and approved B2B customers, VAT is applied according to the conditions assigned to their account and the applicable legal requirements. If a different VAT treatment can be applied to a customer, it is activated only after the company details have been reviewed and the account has been approved.
